Resort Policies & Pet Policy

Being a private property, the Resort reserves the right of admission. It is Manas Resort and Petting Zoo’s utmost endeavor to have all our guests enjoy a delightful stay with defining memories. These guidelines protect the safety, security, privacy, and interests of all stakeholders.

General Rules

  • Outside food is strictly prohibited in the restaurant and rooms.
  • Resort is not liable for injury caused due to an accident on the premises.
  • Any kind of narcotic substance / hukkah / drugs is strictly prohibited. If found in possession, information will be sent to the police station.

Timings of Various Services

  1. Check-in at 01:00 noon. Check-out at 10:00 am. Please adhere to the check-out time in the interest of the next guest. Late check-out may be allowed subject to availability and extra charge at management’s discretion.
  2. Petting Zoo play timings
    • With Dogs (lawn): 8:00 am–10:00 am & 5:00 pm–6:00 pm
    • With Birds (Aviary): 9:00 am–10:00 am & 4:30 pm–6:00 pm
  3. Infinity Pool & Children’s Pool — 7:00 am–9:00 pm. Swimming costume is compulsory. Shower before entering the pool for your safety and that of other guests.
  4. Housekeeping Service: 9:00 am–9:00 pm (on request).
  5. Restaurant timings: 8:00 am–10:30 pm (last order 10:00 pm).
  6. Package Breakfast: 8:00 am–10:00 am (wind up at 10:00 am sharp).
  7. Lunch: 12:30 pm–3:30 pm.
  8. Dinner: 8:00 pm–10:30 pm.

Cancellations, Visitors & Liability

  • There will be no refund for cancellation of stay (before or after check-in) or reducing the number of days booked. In emergencies, alternate dates may be considered at management’s discretion.
  • Guests will be responsible for any damage to resort property (movable or immovable) caused by themselves, their pets, their servants/maids, or visitors. Appropriate charges will apply.
  • Outside visitors will not be allowed beyond the reception area.
  • Parking is at Car Owner’s Risk.
  • Government / Local Authority rules & restrictions (as applicable from time to time) must be adhered to.
  • Resort Management reserves the right to add, alter, or amend any terms, conditions, and rules.

Pet Policy

Manas Resort welcomes all kinds of pets. Our policy reflects experience and guest feedback to ensure a safe, secure, and memorable vacation for everyone.

  1. Carry a disposable bag to clean up after your pet to keep the environment clean for others.
  2. Pets are welcome across the property on a leash. During our petting time, kindly do not enter the petting area with your pet; this avoids territorial behavior and keeps all pets safe.
  3. Bowls for pet food are available—please inform reception, and return them at check-out.
  4. Pet food can be ordered from the restaurant. Please be specific about your pet’s requirements to avoid dietary issues.
  5. A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 + taxes per pet per day is charged towards an extra mattress for the pet and thorough room cleaning after check-out for the next guest’s comfort.
  6. Any damage to the room, furniture, or property by your pet will be billed to your room and must be settled on or before check-out.
